    Recently completed, Iasmos Studios have a prime spot right next to Paleochora’s wide sandy beach, at the western side of the resort. This lovely position means there’s no excuse not to have a pre-breakfast swim every morning before wandering to the bakery to find fresh bread and cheese pies (a Cretan breakfast) to enjoy on your balcony! These spacious studios are perfect for two but also large enough to sleep a family with one or two young children, and with just five studios in all they have become an ideal choice for 2 or 3 couples travelling together but wanting their own private accommodation. The studios have comfortable seating, a large fridge freezer, cooking facilities, a shower room and a choice of twin or double beds. All of the balconies look onto the sea, which you can dip your toe into in less than a minute’s stroll from Iasmos, and the centre of Paleochora is no more than a 5 minute stroll from Iasmos. In fact nothing is far away in Paleochora: an excellent choice of beaches, a wealth of tavernas, wonderful walking possibilities, bicycles to hire, pretty boat trips, a range of interesting excursions, even an open air cinema! Even with such a wonderful choice of things to do, Paleochora is one of those rare places where local life continues co-existing with, and yet unswamped by, tourism. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday as well as to experience local life.

    All of our properties in Paleochora offer the choice of a car OR taxi transfers (for arrivals at Chania Airport) included in the price. A car is not essential for a stay in Paleochora.
