As a trading name of Travel Editons, Ltd we have a full ATOL licence with the CAA and are fully bonded members of ABTA and AITO (the Association of Independent Tour Operators), whose code of conduct is detailed in the Useful Information section. Cretan Ambience aims to provide its customers with an accessible, affordable and attractive product. Instead of the normal ‘package’ holiday we offer some of the individual elements that make up a 'package'. Where we are not able to provide an element ourselves, we can provide comprehensive information to help you get the best products at the best market prices. This gives you the freedom to design your holiday to meet your individual requirements. We not only want to bring you an affordable experience, we also want to bring you a high quality product. Our small friendly company aims to offer you the opportunity to discover the 'real' Crete. Our passion for this unique island has led us to look for something to suit everyone, from properties in small pretty resorts to 'off the beaten track' places. Each of our villas, hotels, houses, studios and apartments has been hand-picked and we believe each one has something special to offer be it the standard of the property itself, the location, the hospitality or the splendid views. You will also be purchasing an invaluable added element not always available on standard package deals - local experience and knowledge! The people involved in Cretan Ambience have twenty years combined experience working in tourism and each has first hand knowledge of Crete. Information has been gathered at source to ensure you have concise and practical information to help you find the right accommodation and to make the most of your valuable holiday time. Our website is divided into four sections to assist you in choosing accommodation to suit your requirements, Villas with Pools, Houses, Hotels, Studios & Apartments. We have also depicted, on each page, how we see the area the property is in. These are classified as 'Relaxing', 'Life' and 'Off the Beaten Track’. |

Everything on this website has been written by us personally. The descriptions are as factual and accurate as possible to assist you honestly in your holiday choice. Our policy is to keep the pricing as simple as possible therefore we have listed prices as per accommodation unit per week, rather than per person, up to the maximum number of people the property can occupy. All prices listed are for accommodation, based on a one week stay, and transfers or car hire as stated on each price box. For a two week stay there is a 20% discount on the one week price for the second week. Every booking receives a welcome pack when you arrive that consists of a few basic provisions such as tea, milk, water, juice, bread, wine, biscuits etc, information about the area you are staying in and an AA Crete guidebook. We visit every client at least once during their stay to ensure that everything is in order and we are on hand at all times in the event of any problems or emergencies. Two Centre Holidays
Special Interest Tours
We also offer a limited number of special interest tours, aimed at walkers and budding chefs based at the Hamlet in the east and the Sunny Bay Hotel in Kissamos in the west. If you wish to organise a private group tour we can tailor make a package to meet your requirements. |
